These unique personal instruction packages have been designed to help you achieve your exercise goals, whether you want a flatter stomach, stronger back or to play a better game of golf.

A Programme comprises of an audio CD, warm up and cool down exercises as well as a fully illustrated Personal Programme giving instructions for a specifically targeted condition.
It is important that you take time to select the programme that is most appropriate for your activity or condition. With the exception of Pilates for Pregnancy the warm up and cool down exercises remain unchanged in all programmes.
Certain musculo-skeletal problems can be common to a variety of activities and conditions. Therefore, some duplication of exercises of the Pilates Programmes are unavoidable in order to achieve the best results.
Each customised Programme is simple to follow, the CD is an active instructor, a personal trainer to talk you through each movement, step by step, breath by breath leaving you feeling stronger and more relaxed.
There are currently 16 Personal Programmes to choose from with many more scheduled for release in the future.
